I was somewhat disappointed when our waitress Rachel brought my Ahi Tuna Frites. Everyone else had ordered the Fancy Burger, and my tuna looked pretty plain in comparison.
BUT...the FLAVOR was tremendous! The tuna itself had a tangy flavor (I should have asked how it was seasoned), and then the chimichirri on top was tops! And if that wasn't enough, two of my three companions had their burgers on the gluten-free buns which they both agreed were the best GF burger buns they'd ever had!!!
The Sangria was a perfect match for the tuna...which included orange liqueur, pomegranate and vodka.
To end the meal I had a slice of the Vinegar Pie...do NOT roll your eyes!!! It has the consistency of a pecan pie, without the nuts, but it was much lighter and tangier, and the perfect end to a delicious meal!
