I'm in love. This bakery is perfect. Today I got the veggie quiche, chocolate croissant, and gluten-free spice cake. The first two were well worth breaking my GF diet for. The quiche was chocked full of oyster mushrooms makes it super savory. It was a neat addition adding Saladorean pickled veggies on the side. The chocolate croissant was exactly what it should be, flaky, fluffy, and buttery with good quality chocolate in every bite. Last but not least the spice cake was perfectly spicy. It was just a tad on the grainy and slightly dry side, but that's typical of gluten-free flour unfortunately. About the customer service, the folks behind the counter were super friendly. I enjoyed chatting with the owner's sister for a moment while checking out—she's so full of pride of her sister's hard work. It's certainly paid off, as the place was packed when I went mid morning. Next time I'll have to go close to when they open in order to grab all the treats on my list as they had already sold out of the pumpkin cranberry bread by the time I got there. Can't wait to go back and try some more when I'm ready to break my GF diet again!
