I read that they serve vegan fish and chips. They had run out of vegan fish, so I double checked that the chips would still be cooked separately. It turns out vegan fish and chips is cooked in gluten free fryer with the fish. Apparently vegan and gluten free are interchangeable in this establishment.

Freshly cooked delicious fish and chips. Very generous portions and the gluten free batter was amazing. Slightly hidden in the back streets but well worth seeking out.
