Byblos Bar & Restaurant

I booked a last minute function for my work colleagues and I to celebrate the end of a horrible 2021. We were treated by Byblos to sumptuous feast - fresh & delicious, tasting just like traditional Lebanese home cooking & better. We had outstanding service from the bar staff, a very generous manager & a brilliant waiter for the night. They catered for my guests who required a Gluten Free meal & went above and beyond putting together a seperate meal that met the specific health needs of another guest. Not only that - the marquee on the bank of the Yarra was a beautiful setting with gorgeous city views & quiet enough to enjoy each other’s company. The fact that Byblos did this at the last minute after similar restaurants were inflexible in accomodating us is a testament to them. The number #1 Lebanese restaurant in Melbourne by far!

Incredibly good food, the dips, salads and lamb skewers are simply amazing. Lots of gluten-free and vegetarian options as well. Service was fantastic and I absolutely loved the atmosphere in the restaurant. Overall an amazing dining experience, will definitely come again!
