Bywater Bakery

Bywater Bakery made the cakes for our wedding, and they were outstanding. We had a traditional Chantilly cake and a chocolate Chantilly cake with strawberries, both of which were delicious. The owner, Chaya, sat with us herself to design the cake and made us feel right at home in the bakery. They also made sure to add gluten free and vegan cupcakes for our guests with dietary restrictions. On street parking only. Fairly busy. Outdoor & indoor dining. Good place to take your furry family member. Live band on street corner. Went for a memorial second line for owner's aunt. Ordered a Chantilly gluten free cake for Thanksgiving. Owner created this type cake for Whole Foods!

Bywater Bakery made an absolutely delicious cake for our wedding, lovely, soft and moist. The chantilly cream is to die for. The tasting was lots of fun, we got to mix and match cakes and icings. They also did a great job of accommodating our and our guests’ allergies and providing vegan and gluten free cupcakes so that none of our guests felt left out.
