We were looking for a place to eat typical Piedmontese food and we found it. Typical dishes with fusions of multiple regions and innovation without losing taste. The good gluten-free choice and the care they took in frying the dish separately were appreciable. Place with few seats but well looked after. So book in advance. Starter, first course and dessert with bottle of wine for 4 adults plus 1 child, €175. The wine is a very interesting blend. Try it!

A small but welcoming place, very pleasant service, who gave us advice on what to eat and what portion. Many gluten-free options (all starters, some main courses and panna cotta). Good quality food, consequently the price is a little high but a place we will return to.
