It was my favorite place and I have emotional ties to this restaurant. Unfortunately, I only had a bad experience in the last year. I have food sensitivities and I was very happy when I found out that they could solve everything. I ate gluten-free pasta with vegetable cream...I believed it. The first time I was very happy that we could continue to eat there. The second time my husband brought the food I ordered. The pasta was rancid and in the meat-free version there was bacon. We couldn't go back because we don't live in Kecskemét. But I pointed out the problem and there wasn't even a shrug of the shoulders. It was very bad. The next time we ate locally. I mentioned how we went last time. Compensation, sorry...nothing, in fact, they wanted to tell me that I felt bad. Then the food seemed fine. After that, I ordered again and strictly discussed everything with the person who took the order. Unfortunately, I received a gluten-free meal and with meat. After that, I also found out that their vegetable cream is not vegetable either!!!!! No one should ask for it, because it contains milk. It wasn't the waiter, he wrote everything correctly on the paper. He couldn't help apologizing. He asked for my contact information and that's how the story has remained since then. I know it's not his fault. So thanks for this kind of attitude, I won't ask for more! There's nothing wrong with someone not being able to give free food, as long as he doesn't lie and damage other people's wallets and health. And I think that guest-centeredness is good for everyone.
