Gluten-free bakery in the center of Terrassa behind the town hall. The space is super large with plenty of options for lunch. I'd tried their products but not for a drink. The croissants were delicious! They also have pizza bases and will make pizzas to order. So if you're in Terrassa, this is a great place to grab a gluten-free dessert.

I ordered takeaway breakfast for my mother and me, since we both have celiac disease. To tell the truth, it is one of the best gluten-free croissants I have ever tried, even though I have had celiac disease since I was 2 years old. My mother tried the cream chucho, and she couldn't enjoy how good it was more. The girl who served me was very friendly, and even offered to heat up the croissant. A 10/10, highly recommended if you want to eat a good sweet as a celiac.

I have been shopping at Caran for years and the truth is that I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and everything they make is delicious.
