It was just a couple days before my wife's birthday & I had promised her a gluten free key lime pie, I called the Caribbean pie company to make a last minute order on Friday & was told they have they have the pies on hand & wouldn't be a problem I could stop by anytime Saturday & just pick it up, didn't need to order in advance. When I arrived they were out, but the guy asked if I had called. He then went on to let me know that he had remembered my call & as they were getting close to selling out he set one aside for me. This is the kind of customer service & care that is so rare today & makes a company stand out as exceptional. the pie itself was the best key lime pie we've ever had. I don't eat a lot of dessert but when I do, I want it to be worth it & this pie was definitely worth it. exceptional product & service.
