A great café for gluten-free food, completely safe for celiacs. I was so happy to have found this place on my trip to Berlin. The owner bakes everything herself, and the kitchen is 100% gluten-free. Anything she doesn't bake herself is purchased and has no contact with the kitchen, so there's no risk of cross-contamination. Her vegan quiche and chocolate cake were excellent.

Actually, a really great gluten-free cake. Unfortunately, my assistant was treated quite rudely today. They seemed to be offended by the fact that he took a photo of the selection and took a long time because he had to communicate with me what I wanted. I am severely disabled and can't leave the house, so this is the only way I can shop. However, they apparently assumed he was from "the competition." When approached, he tried to explain the situation, but was brushed off, and in the end, he was told that he would have to leave if he needed any longer. He was also informed that I would have to call ahead if I wanted to buy a cake from them. I really hope it was just the person today and that they generally treat people with disabilities and their assistants more politely and courteously, because the cake is truly delicious, and I would actually like to shop here again in the future.
