I thank a customer's comment because as a celiac I cannot afford to make mistakes risking my life. Working in contact with the public I think it is necessary and fundamental to give good training to the staff. We are in 2025! Celiac disease is not a trend!

Very serious experience. (I can't give zero) I'll start by saying that the place has 6 people sitting inside so it's almost empty. The girl didn't know how to answer when I asked if the fillings were with or without gluten and then replied that the crumble was gluten-free... her smarter colleague went to check and they were with gluten... first serious thing Then my pancakes arrive (3) and after eating one and a half she comes and says to me "I realized that I didn't write it down on the order that it was gluten-free". I answer her "you understand that this is a very serious thing".? And she says to me "if you want I'll make it again"... But what kind of people do you hire!? And then this laxity Maybe you don't realize that for this type of situation there are people who can die
