I have celiac disease (kind of like a gluten allergy). The worker changed gloves, got new utensils for servings, and went with my bowl done the line to ensure there was no cross contact. That is the safest experience I have had in a Cava! I appreciated it very much.

I wish I could‘ve gotten the gal‘s name but she was INCREDIBLE with my dietary needs!! I have Celiac and she was the first (in almost two years since diagnosis) who didn‘t have an attitude when I asked for her to change gloves, she washed her hands AND finished my bowl herself so absolutely no risk of cross contamination! I‘m so impressed, I wish we lived closer so we could eat here more often. Tons of safe gluten free options and wonderful food.
