CAVA

I absolutely love CAVA! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and customizable, which makes it perfect whether I’m craving something light or more filling. The variety of toppings, dips, and proteins is amazing—you can build your bowl exactly the way you want it, and everything tastes so vibrant and healthy. The staff is always friendly and quick, even when it’s busy, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. I also appreciate how many options they have for different diets—vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, you name it. Every time I eat here, I leave satisfied and looking forward to my next visit. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

Visited this restaurant a few weeks ago. I am sensitive, gluten intolerant. I checked their menu before arriving without high hopes as they don’t list gluten as an allergen on their menu— only wheat. I figured I would ask the person working the counter if they had any gluten free options. The food was good, but I got unbelievably ill. Definitely won’t eat here again unless they update their menu to label GF 🥲
