Cava is truly one of my favorite places to get food anywhere I can find a location. The concept is a lot like Chipotle with tons of toppings food combinations without charging a fortune for each added ingredient. If you're vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free, there are mood food options here than almost any other place out there. The flavors available are fantastic I'm a big fan of their app for ordering ahead of time. You can also really explore the menu this way without holding up a line of people behind you like one would in-person. Today's entree was a build-your-own bowl.

Cava is the best newest chain around. It is like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle, to sum it up. Everything is fresh and delicious and isn't too heavy. There are great vegetarian and gluten free options. You get to build your own bowl. Get the pita chips if you can, they are delicious.
