I was visiting from Michigan, where we don’t have Cava, but I had heard lots of great things about it. I have celiac disease and immediately when I told the woman helping me she washed her hands, changed her gloves, and told me what would be safe to eat, which was almost everything. I also told her it was my first time and she walked me through the whole thing, even giving me her recommendations when I asked for help. The food was delicious and tasted so fresh. Would come back all the time if I lived closer.
