The staff is patient as you make your decision. It was our first time and they answered all of our questions. Accommodated for dairy free, vegan and gluten free.

Great service and ultimate build your own. If you are in the mood for a salad that is more of a meal, this is a good place. There is a Variety of gluten free options as well as vegan and vegetarian. Plenty base greens and rice or lentils to start. All were fresh. They also have an app to preorder if you are planning take away. There is seating if you want to eat there.
