I come here when I’m in the area, and every time I visit, the staff is always so very friendly!! At Dale Mabry, they are amazing and friendly, always smiling!! Gluten-free options = Yes Vegetable options = Yes Fair Pricing = Yes Healthy = Yes I love CAVA because I am a doctor of nutrition and the ability to have Mediterranean and vegan options is important. This restaurant has a wide selection of plant foods to choose from helping people get in high nutrient-density! Again, the location is amazing! The food is great, the service is great, and the staff are always welcoming. Casper, Andrea, Kyla, Yuna, and Kymi, are “saucesome”!!!

My family loves Cava, and this location is one of our favorites. It’s always clean, and the staff takes extra care to ensure our food is fresh and free from any gluten contamination. The team here consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate us.
