I was staying in Boston last weekend and needed a quick dinner for my two gluten-free daughters. None of that is easy, dealing with hungry kids is hard, being GF is hard, just a real pain overall. Elio at Cava made it easy though. He was so patient with them, never rushed us, answered all of our dietary questions, never made us feel like a bother.
