Gluten free options! 11/26- avocado shells were in my bowl. First time ive seen this happen. Hopefully it was a one time issue. Cava has grown on me. I didn't like it at first preferring Chipotle but it seems Chipotle uses more seed oils than Cava. You can actually have a pretty healthy meal if you make your own bowl.

C a v a After Super Bowl I needed Brunch Bowl 🤩 so we headed to Cava this morning. If you are looking for a Mediterranean bowl meal or pita wrap sandwich, head to CAVA on whitesburg drive. Their options are healthy and gluten free. They also have a vegetable rice called “Right Rice”. I took saffron basmati rice which actually has fewer calories than brown rice. They have establishments in all major cities so it’s not a local place. We got in there around 11 so it was pretty empty but the line gets longer around noon.
