I have celiac and a milk allergy and they were amazing!! Everyone was so sweet - especially the lady at the front who seemed like a manager! She was SO SWEET and serious about my allergies! And my bowl tastes amazing and there are so many options!

11/26- avocado shells were in my bowl. First time ive seen this happen. Hopefully it was a one time issue.
Cava has grown on me. I didn't like it at first preferring Chipotle but it seems Chipotle uses more seed oils than Cava.
You can actually have a pretty healthy meal if you make your own bowl.
