Great spot for quick & healthy options! Gluten free friendly, the manager Todd was extremely helpful with this! Love the cold tea options and variety of toppings to choose from. Perfect place for a quick stop for a nourishing/fast meal!

Literally the BEST restaurant and food in Tallahassee! Healthy, fresh and delicious. Amazing falafel and sauces. I am gluten free and everything on the menu is gluten free except the Pita and one other item!!! They have an extensive beverage bar with organic colas and teas. SO GOOD.... Seriously must try.

It’s always a hit or miss with Cava which I hate because when it’s a hit, it’s a hit and when it’s a miss, it’s not even in the same ballpark. I used to order in store at least twice a week and loved it. Taste was great, portions great and loved the selection of gluten free items, as I have celiac disease and I’m very limited in where I can eat. But lately, I’d say 4/5 times my order is incorrect, there is an ingredient or ingredients missing and the portions are very small. I order in store and through their app and like I said, it’s a 50/50 chance something is going to be wrong. Will not return for awhile. Not until they get their kinks worked out. Best of luck!
