Food and service is always fantastic! They accommodate my needs to be gluten-free with ease! This is my new go-to for takeout. Will definitely be back again and again… just wish I could tip them - they don’t have any way to tip employees, whether digital or cash.

This afternoon my brother and I went into this Cava location and because of my brother’s severe gluten allergies, we asked the employee if she would please change her gloves, which she immediately did without hesitation. She then tells the other employee on the other side of the line that he has an allergy and to change gloves. This second employee, mid 30s, dark haired, white woman, with a tattoo behind her ear, very obviously rolls her eyes and tells the first employee that she’s going to the back and basically refuses to serve us. The first employee then apologizes to us for the second employee’s blatant rudeness. It’s hard for him to eat out anywhere and Cava was a safe place to eat for him until now.
