I absolutely LOVE cava! As the owner of a mobile spray tan company, I am constantly on the go. This is the perfect place to grab a quick bite. I am gluten free, so I greatly appreciate the larger variety of gluten free options available. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and I love the fact I can customize my own bowl. The lemon herb tahini dressing is delicious. I highly recommend adding the whipped feta as well, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! The friendly, hardworking staff set the scene for a pleasant, laid-back atmosphere. Lamar in particular takes pride in his work and takes care of his guests. I love Cava kitchen! I appreciate the variety in options as a vegan/gluten-free eater. The staff is so friendly. Steve is so helpful and and is always so courteous.
