CAVA

Had a fantastic experience at Cava this evening! I must eat strictly gluten free as I have celiac disease. When I mentioned this prior to ordering, Luke immediately went to the hand sink and thoroughly washed his hands and forearms to prevent cross contact of gluten while he prepared my meal. This impressed me beyond measure, as this is an important precaution many restaurant staff don’t take. I enjoyed chatting with Luke as he prepared my bowl for me — which was delicious!Thank you, Luke! I’ll be back!

Today, I tried CAVA for the first time, and I was really impressed—not just with the food, but with the employees too. The girl who helped me was amazing; she knew every little detail about the menu and made sure everything I ordered was completely gluten-free. She was super nice and helpful. The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit too warm. With the Texas heat, it would be great if the place could be kept cooler and more comfortable for customers. Overall, a big thanks to Liz for being so kind and ensuring my dietary needs were perfectly met!
