I really like CAVA and was glad to find one while traveling. I am glad I double checked their GF items online before ordering. I thought their falafels were GF - but they are not. Maybe I’m thinking of another place where they are gluten free. The staff was friendly but not knowledgeable. Had a basic grain bowl with chicken - hummus - and veggies.

Yasmina helped me get a bowl that was gluten free! I have celiac and she made sure that all of the ingredients would not have cross contamination. Thank you so much and I am so grateful that this location has such amazing employees who make the food safe for me to eat!

The go to for a quick bite in Union Station. ALWAYS friendly people working there. Very considerate of ALL patrons and very careful about gluten allergies. Special shout out to Luis and TJ who made a cold dreary day a little brighter.
