CDT Cocina

Excellent tamales, tacos (I especially recommend the salmon tacos available on Fridays), aguas frescas, salads, salsas, rice and beans, guac... you can't go wrong! I recently worked with CDT Cocina to cater a large event (65 people) and Liz was amazing. Super responsive to finalize my order in advance, online invoicing was very convenient, and Liz brought the order right on time. Everyone was so thrilled by the meal - everything gluten free, many delicious vegetarian options, and of course amazing omnivore choices. She even brought us to-go boxes for our guests to take extras home if they wanted. We finished the meal with only some sides/salsas left and 100% happy eaters! I highly recommend CDT Cocina for catering, in addition to in-person or takeout dining (getting tamales in bulk is always a great option too).

I couldn’t think of a better restaurant that I would want near my home. There’s so much love and care put into everything. Liz, Christina, Alonzo, and all the other amazing people that work there make you feel at home the instant you walk in the door. The food and drinks are thoughtfully created and leave you feeling completely satiated time and time again. I also greatly appreciate that they cater to people with dietary restrictions with many vegan and gluten free items clearly listed on their menu. CDT Cocina is truly a blessing to the community! Happen to be in the area and I have a gluten intolerance, finding gf can be hard! My husband found this restaurant and we decided to try it. It was really good and everything on the menu is gf, the woman told us they do not bring in any wheat to their facility. I do not have celiac but sounds like it would be safe for those who do. I had no reactions after eating their food, I get a severe migraine, diarrhea, vomiting after ingesting gluten.
