CERVECERIA ALT BERLÍN VELTINS

Arriving in Huesca, hungry from our trip, we looked for places with gluten-free options and weren't disappointed. I imagine everyone's experience can vary, but ours was a good one. Finally, a few minor issues… although in this case, it's not something that would be a deal-breaker for me while on vacation. 1. In my opinion, the ambiance perfectly captures the essence of its location ✨. The place is situated on a corner in the plaza. 2. Food: we were impressed by the abundance and how delicious everything was. The same went for the beers. And in my case, the wide variety of gluten-free options was a big plus 🫶🏼. 3. The price per person was around €30, but that included plenty of food and drinks: gluten-free toast with tomato and a variety of cold cuts, a Vienna sausage sandwich, several beers (both regular and gluten-free), a smoked fish salad, and Irish coffee. 4. Thoughtful touches: Since I'm lactose intolerant, the waiter adapted my Irish coffee by removing the cream. Very kind, because it wasn't Irish anymore 😅, but the presentation while preparing it was just as good. ✨ 5. The downside: Although the food service was quick, the payment process was very slow, and in our case (after two requests) we opted to pay in person. However, it was clear that the holidays were hectic, so it didn't bother us much.

We just arrived, a charming restaurant. My mother is celiac and there were no problems. They have an allergen menu. We were served by one of the owners who has a beard. He let us bring the dog in to eat inside. The dishes were tasty, filling, and cheap. We'll definitely come back for more.
