I give one star because zero is not possible. Two employees and the boss, one worse than the other. Rudeness, frustration and attitudes that are ridiculous to say the least. In particular Vittorio, and I underline this, I ask for a gluten-free cone which they already charge you with extra for "gluten-free" (and that's fine because we celiacs are used to this) and he makes me a tiny cone compared to the "normal" one, even though I point it out to him with the two cones in comparison he doesn't care and ignores me face to face without giving me an answer. (the tiny gluten-free cone costs a modest 4 euros) Let's move on to the topic of *cover* there were 5 of us, only 3 of us ate and we told them so, the other two were out, they repeatedly asked us how many there were, NOT telling us that the cover charge cost €0.50 (cover charge which doesn't even include a glass of water). Since they placed 5 chairs the other two entered and arrived at the cash register, they made us pay for 5 seats without answering any questions or giving us any explanations, just telling us that it's like that and that's it. I'm outraged. This is not the Sicily that we must present to tourists who come to visit our cities.
