I had terrible pain in my gut after eating their artificial meat, I assume it had gluten, but not sure what the actual reason is. I had similar bowel irritation after eating fish cake in pho (Im not vegan), so it’s not only about their product, something is added to that type of Vietnamese sausage no matter vegan or fish one, probably gluten.
I had to take a pill of No-spa ro relieve the spasm.

Our server was very sweet and helpful. The food tasted amazing. Portion sizes are very generous, I couldn’t finish all the food! It’s hard to find gluten free food so far on my travels in Vietnam, but this was exceptional!
