This is a neat little place. They have a bunch of gluten free baked goods, which is always nice. But even better than that, they had a soft-serve ice cream machine with gluten free oat-milk based ice cream and gluten free toppings! They also have a bunch of artworks on display from local artists, which is nice to look at, even though I didn't buy any today.

We stopped by the Coop to grab coffee on our way through the area & stumbled upon these treats. In short, I should have bought more! My son is allergic to gluten & dairy & the treats he picked (chocolate Rice Krispies) out were all safe! It’s the first time we’ve been able to let him get whatever he wants without having to worry with what’s included!
