So delicious! The pizza is amazing and so many choices. And they are made fresh and made to order like gluten free! Our event loved coolhouse!

I had a $700 dollar catering order delivered from Coal House on Saturday, and while the food itself was good, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and poor attention to detail from Coal house. The pizza, which was supposed to be delivered at 5:30 PM, didn’t arrive until 6:30 PM—an hour late—without any update from the restaurant. I had to call at 6:00 PM to check on the order, and the staff was confused and unapologetic. To make matters worse, the gluten-free pizzas were not labeled as per the quote instructions, leaving us to guess which ones were gluten-free, which caused frustration for those with dietary restrictions as they felt uncomfortable eating the pizza. While the food was good, the poor service and lack of professionalism have made me hesitant to recommend Coal House catering. I will not be using their catering services again based on this experience.
