Seriously, a place not to miss! Cocolo is a heaven for dessert lovers seeking guilt-free indulgence. As Melbourne's first coconut dessert and drinks cafe, Cocolo stands out with delicious options (seriously, absolutely amazing!), reimagined with better-for-you plant and fruit-based alternatives. The interior of the store is absolutely fantastic - super modern and positive, vibrant and inviting, reminiscent of a summer retreat with a beach and pool setting. I was told by the lovely staff that what sets Cocolo apart is its commitment to using natural ingredients and catering to various dietary needs. Completely love that it is free from dairy, added sugar, gluten, and processed ingredients, their desserts are not only delicious but also vegan and dairy-free, making them perfect for health-conscious individuals. The real star of the show is the all-you-can-eat coconut soft serve bowl. You can create your own coconut-based soft serve masterpiece with a variety of flavours to choose from (the acai and coconut were my personal favourite), and a huge selection toppings - very well labeled and super organised to be honest! They have exclusive limited edition bowls too and suggestions how to create the perfect bowl! You can choose to have the soft serve in the normal paper cups or the freshly cut coconuts in the store (and they reuse the coconut water for drinks on the menu)!
