This is strictly for Cafe Copa from a coffee shop perspective. This is a perfect spot to sit outside or inside and enjoy coffee or tea while getting work done or meeting up with friends. The cold brew is delish, their matcha is the real deal and they have a good selection of food which makes me more prone to coming here then the "next door" coffee shop. They have gluten free options and just enough coffee options and tea options to choose from. I had the turkey delight on the potato bread to make it GF and it was enough to share. They don't skimp on the turkey or the the toppings. I hope they continue to post on social media to get more traction. The ONLY feedback is the following: 10 am is a little late to open- 8:30-9am is better, especially if trying to attract coffee shop goers. There should be better lighting in the sitting areas- maybe dimmable recessed lightning above bar and sitting area that can be adjusted as the day goes on. It's a little too dark for a morning/ afternoon coffee session. I find myself wanting to sit in the back corner but always change my mind and end up sitting at the bar if the window area is too warm.

We dined in on a not so busy rainy night. We were seated immediately. The restaurant has outdoor and indoor seating. The inside is small and nice. The restaurant is located in a popular area of St.Pete which has a lot of residents as well as walkable restaurants. The menu does have notations for what is gluten-free, I wanted the jerk chicken which was no issue. While the jerk chicken was a 5/5 on flavor and taste it was served with a side of coleslaw and they only had black beans. I thought it was kind of strange to serve jerked chicken with polenta slaw so I opted for some rice. I was also surprised they didn't have rice and peas. The black beans contained more water than actual beans and lacked flavor or depth. The woman who seated us waa very helpful. When she saw I was going to box them up she actually looked shocked and asked did they even give me beans or just a bunch of water? She took the beans and came back with another portion which was nice. My husband had the tacos trio and he said it was tasty, but admitted the jerked chicken had way more flavor and it was more protien. Anyhow, we did enjoy the restaurant and I would say definitely check it out. It's a pretty cute space qith great cocktails and decor. My only complaint is that it wasn't busy and we sat around waiting for a while to pay as well as to get to go boxes.
