Yesterday I took part in Carmen's vegan and gluten-free baking workshop. It was 4 wonderful hours in good company and everything was prepared with great attention to detail. First we baked and then everything was beautifully decorated. I felt very comfortable with Carmen and her team and I can only warmly recommend the workshop and the restaurant.

Fantastic vegan food!! The cakes are also a dream. In summer you can sit in the beer garden. Inside you sit in old barrel vaults. Also great. It's not exactly cheap but really reasonable for the good quality.
What I also really like is that it is always stated whether a dish is gluten-free or which sweetener was used.
