We made sure to specify to staff our dietary restrictions and had great food! We started with the tetra de ceviche, which was essentially a ceviche flight! I was going to get the tacu tacu de aji de gallina, but our server informed us it was not gluten free, and instead offered to have the chef make a plate of carne with a side of white rice or mixed vegetables. My food came out with a great sized, delicious steak and vegetables, and I really enjoyed it here. No options marked gluten free (GF), but still great and did not get glutened by this place! Food was great!! BONUS POINTS: GLUTEN FREE FLAN LIKE HECK YEAH I LOVE FLAN 🤓😀
