Cabana Burgers & Shakes

We went and they were incredibly short staffed but our waitress was working her tail off. I prefaced our experience with "I have celiac please let the kitchen know." Then proceeded to order 3 menu items labeled as GF; coconut shrimp, chicken salad salad, and a chocolate milkshake. My salad did come out on the same plate as my husband's sliders. I told her I wouldn't be able to eat the salad as it touched the buns. She apologized repeatedly, acknowledged her lack of knowledge pertaining to cross contamination. She took the food back and I watched her remove his sliders and plate them separately and about 5 minutes later a new salad emerged through the serving window. She apologized and thanked us for helping her understand more of the allergy. It's been 3 hours and I am a okay.

Extremely darkly light restaurant. Ate at 2pm, and felt like it was midnight inside. Must of had 1 or 2 lights on in the dining room. Server was amazing and extremely confident in her abilities to help me find gluten free food on the menu.

Great burger, they also had probably the best gluten free bun that I have ever tried, and I have had a lot. Not sure which brand it is, but It was delicious and not anything like a gluten free bun. I would come back just for that alone. Staff was friendly and helpful. They also have a pinball machine, which is a bonus.
