Cabana do Cafe

Today was the first time I had the pleasure of checking out Cabana do Cafe inside Hillsboro Downtown Station.The owners Rachel & Hector have a beautiful story and dream come true in creating their first business together. They are so friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with so many unique specialty drinks and homemade desserts. My favorite so far is the Piña Colada Cake, Pão de queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread, naturally gluten free) and Cardamon Rose Latte. I highly recommend and look forward to my next visit.

Cabana do is a treasure! The sweetest couple own it and put so much love into every detail with traditional Brazilian treats and inspired family recipes. The Loca Mocha Freeze with the passion fruit house flavor is the most unexpected and incredible flavor combination! The coffee quality is top notch. Also recommend the Limonada, it is so refreshing and delicious with the perfect amount of tartness and fresh lime flavor. Another highlight is the pao de quejio! Naturally gluten free and so delicious, I could eat these all day. Excited to come back to try the “paoninis”! The cakes are also incredible, moist and flavorful, you can tell how much love Rachel, the co-owner, puts into each one she bakes!
