Rude and unhelpful staff. When asking which ice cream are gluten free they point out the two lactose free. When trying to help them help us they push their point with no listening .The manager cut in and went for the "traces of..."-card. When we said that traces of... Was ok the once again argued that the lactose free was the only options.

Pro: very delicious ice cream, some vegan flavors, gluten free cone Contra: I asked for vegan flavours and ordered two of them, but while eating it tourned out i had two flavours i didnt order and one of them even was with milk (which i am allergic to, hence the question in the beginning - not too nice experience)

If you happen to be in Ljubljana, and have food intolerances, you’re not in a happy place. But Cacao café can give you some consolation and relief. They have different vegan and gluten free cakes, that are really delicious, and their beverages have always dairy free options. I advise you to try the golden milk with curcuma, a mighty spicy drink for those cold days, and the hit chocolate with almond milk. Thanks to cacao café, I have a taste of Slovenia refined pastry. 🙏 P.S.: yes I gained some weight 🙂‍↕️
