Cactus Bistro is an adorable place especially the outside patio. The Penne alla vodka, pollo poblano, and seafood and eggplant dishes were all delicious. They also have options for gluten-free pizza and pasta, which is a big plus. Free bread too!
The staff at Cactus Bistro are fantastic - friendly and hardworking. It's worth noting that the restaurant has only been open for a month, so they're still finding their rhythm. Despite this, I'm pleased to have a new dining option in this area where there aren’t many!
