Unfortunately one member of staff was unnecessarily rude to a member of our party regarding an allergy. So much so that another customer came to tell us that they were laughing at us. Could have been handled so much better. A lot of research went into the visit to ensure that the products were gluten free, when it turns out that is not the case, even though they are labelled up as such. An apology and less attitude from the member of staff could have made all the difference.

Visited today for an ice cream with my family based on the positive reviews towards the gluten free options, waited our turn to get to the counter to see all ice cream labelled GF (gluten free) only to be told that all the GF options may contain Gluten due to the manufacturing processes. This is understandable, but the flavours shouldn't be listed GF if there is even a chance they contain Gluten! It's like listing them as vegan if they could contain milk! When we raised this, we were spoken to in a disrepectful manner, which other customers commented on as we left. Given 2 stars as the ice cream the rest of us could eat was very nice. Would recommend that the training process is reviewed for colleagues when dealing with specific dietary requirements.
