The shop is not a place for allergy sufferers! Some products are incorrectly declared: Banana bread as gluten-free, even though it contains spelled flour (online shop). The macarons contain (cheap) wheat flour without it being visible in the shop. This is not ignorance, but borders on customer deception. The fact that the macarons weren't fresh and the saleswoman was unfriendly rounded off the bad experience. It's better to buy macarons somewhere else, these are not real ones, but cheaper imitations. Addendum: It's good that the owners read the reviews. I think it's bad how the answer is given. At least the initially incorrect information about the contents of the banana bread has now been corrected. The fact that the information about allergens in the “macarons” refers to “traces” and that in reality the whole recipe is different from the original is something each guest has to evaluate for themselves. Hopefully other guests read the fine print better.

Very tasty cakes & pastries, friendly & good service, cozy & stylishly furnished café. A little oasis. Since I have celiac disease, I really enjoyed treating myself to the super delicious gluten-free cakes and sesame cookies. They were wonderful to me, thank you very much.
