A place that belongs in the west of Bielefeld. Hand-baked dishes are served on old collectible dishes with gold rims, the likes of which are rarely available in current bakeries: not only sweet, creamy, light and delicious, no, also gluten-free, and with darker flour (I also mean spelled flour) but above all Cakes made locally. Seasonal fruit, but also with poppy seeds - if you like cake - there is something for everyone. My personal favorite on the coffee menu: Flat White. Been here and your day just takes on a different color.
