It's a shame not to have a gluten-free selection all the time! I did 2 Marlettes today and 2 failures. You are listed among the intolerant and on blogs as a gluten-free-friendly café (and your gluten-free pastries are super good too!) It's a shame not to capitalize on this while most neighboring cafés do.
