I love shrimp and grits. Since moving to the DC area from the Gulf of Mexico coast 15+ years ago, I've had it many times. However, it's only been good twice. Jula's/Cafe 44 is the second time in 15 years I've had good shrimp and grits in this area.
Great service, great views, great food.

My mom is very particular about food. She's low sodium, gluten, soy and dairy free, the chef was accommodating and the food was delicious. Amazing views and friendly staff! Must visit in Alexandria.
