Don’t go here. I’m surprised Eater.com would endorse a location like this. Bad service, bad tourist trap food, probably only open because they’re so close to the convention center. You can’t pay with cash but they’ll charge you a convenience fee of 5%. Shrimp and grits were bland and not like the photos at all. Bloody Mary came out in plastic + no celery, water served in plastic (never refilled). The only good thing we tried was the cappuccino. Not even sure if the server said hi to us, she looked at us angrily when we asked if the grits were gluten free. She literally didn’t even know what gluten was (how is that possible for someone working in the food industry?). Food runner had an AirPod in and was talking on the phone when bringing the food to our table. Insane.

My group of 8 had the best experience here. The food was absolutely incredible (the bacon was magical), and there were good options for the gluten free and vegetarians in the group. The owner was friendly and delightful. This is a must visit if you are in the area.
