Cafe Vesuvio Italian restaurant & Pizzeria

Called in bebore we got here to verify if they had a gluten free pizza. They did. It was cawliflower. It was good. Definitley better than Dominos. Hubby had spaghetti carabonara. Hubby said it taste a lot like Alfredo from the consistancy but still liked and enjoyed it. I personally loved the decent size of wine I received. Ambienente was nice and our server quick and reliable. Nice casual music and clean. We will be back!

I was really excited to go here because it came highly recommended by a friend for their gluten free options. I’ve recently been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and milder celiac and have struggled with finding foods I can eat. My family and I came to eat and we ordered the gluten feee pasta and gluten free pizza. Our food came quickly I will say that, but the pizza was NOT gluten free. I’m still new to all of this and took a couple of bites and realized it was not gluten free... I went to the front and let them know. The waitress came and took the other pizza I waited another 8 or 10 minutes for the correct one. Not one person including the waitress apologized to me for what happened. This is going to make me sick. They really need to be careful with how they pay attention to their guest orders.
