Cafe Yumm! - PDX Airport

They have a wonderful menu that may work for everybody's pallet including gluten free. I tried there hot and jazzy bowl and it was sumptuous except that the rice was a little dry or probably old. I did end up buying their chipotle and regular sauces to try at home and they were delicious. It's an airport joint, so plenty of places to sit around.

I was skeptical because I thought this would be asian cuisine (I'm sometimes intimidated by asian ingredients and sauces) but it turned out to be the same food I am used to, just with a subtle twist. I was unsure about the "Yumm sauce" even after the nice employee described it to be so he gave me a sample. It was great! It reminds me of a subtle tangy sauce, like tomatillo without the spice. The other ingredients were exactly what was detailed on the menu, and were very fresh. The flavors came together deliciously! In addition, there are many gluten free options and what the celiac in our party ordered did not cause her to get sick.
