It's already set up for the type of establishment to serve it (less than 24-hour fresh seafood deliveries, recipes from scratch, local sources, etc), so why not add healthier options for grass-fed and -finished beef, bison, high-omega-3 free-range eggs, wild-caught Alaskan salmon, and pole- and -line or troll-caught fish? Some organic wines and more Oklahoma breweries (including gluten-free beer) would also be great additions! That would easily raise reviews to five stars.

Very hip place for two old people!! But seriously. I asked about a gluten free menu. The server summoned the manager who verified if it was preference or allergy. We verified it was celiac disease. The owner came to talk with us. She went over options and stated she would supervise preparation. Try the chicken salad. YUM!! Thanks Alley Cafe
