Unlike the Life-Class Grand Hotel (which is part of it and I find it all the more bitter), here it's gluten-free without any risk of contamination. The allergen information is also correct here, which is not the case in the hotel and almost led to a bad gluten accident.
The staff is friendly. There is gluten-free ice cream (some varieties available) even with gluten-free Stanitzel (extra wrapped in foil)
Worked great. The portioner is carefully washed beforehand.
There are also gluten-free tarts: pistachio and chocolate.
