I loved my Coconut Chia Pudding. The base chia pudding is incredibly Moorish with the seasonl fruit topping (papaya, raspberries and strawberries) and coconut and hazelnut crumb excellent balancing acts. It's vegan, GF and a great change up from the normal bacon and eggs.
The breakfast board could do with a fashion makeover, but it's difficult to make gluten-free toast look amazing.
