Cafe Nybrygga

The premises created expectations of quality food. The skepticism crept in during the order. They were out of red bacalao (Saturday afternoon!) even though it was on the menu. A little disappointed, the choice fell on a fish burger (but here it turned out that they were out of gluten-free burger bread, and were therefore offered two slices of bread instead, and accepted it). The fish burger itself seems to have been bought at the local Coop store, and fried for far too long with a hard and burnt surface. The same with the bread slices. Disappointingly bad meal, strongly advised against!
